More staff?

Having more than 400 members and only 3 staff members isn't much power. also i noticed they are all in america or Canada, so at times, no staff are on for ages. Amy told me that all the people that cause trouble on this are in engand, meaning no staff are on for ages, so new members would get put off cause they aren't moderated until some staff comes on.

so i think any more staff should not be in america, and more spread out over the world so staff come on more times a day to see to the site.

yeah. So to have even more staff because the site is growing, but from other countries so we have a more spread out moderateing staff. so no member can post bad things to put new members off.

I agree with Joey, I think some people may just go silly if made staff. Joey, however is doing great!

We choose based on previous experience with members, not based on location. Maybe we'll consider hiring someone from out of North America. To tell you the truth, I never even looked at my staff member's locations.

Also, while it is true that we have over 400 members, you must consider how many are actually active. That's what matters. I'd say no more than 60 are active daily. The number of staff we have at this point is right on track.

i agree dave, you have to have a knowledgable person, that is very active, location is a bonus though
