How do you get a photoshop avatar to upload? Tinypic and Photobucket won't take it! Neither will Talk Budgies uploader! Help!

Eeek! Oh help! It doesn't have the drop down menu to change the type, if it opens with Photoshop, can someone with Photoshop save it in their computer, but when clicking 'save as' going to the drop down menu save it as .JPG or something other than .PSD. Thank you1!!

Oh and amy told me to ask for the budgie to be textured... Dry brush or something like that. It makes it look painted. :P
