Decided Laker needed some sun protection both in & out of the apartment. I used an old shirt & wieghed the edges downwith glass beads. :)

hmm, i cant seem to see the picture. i use to use old tshirts that i cut up as a night cage cover myself.
I saw the photo in the Gallery, I love him!
BTW, next time you want to post a picture, go to the image hosting bit on the navbar. ;)
Cant see the picture as well, when I bring my Guinea Pig and Rabbit outside to eat grass in their pen I just put a Garbage back over half the top just to give them a little shade.Maybe you could cut a piece of garbage bag and use clothes pins like I use to hold it over the top.But the bag does get Hot so watch out My pen is 6 feet high for my rodents:rolleyes: they are no where near the bag:) Actually they are out right now enjoying some watermelon in the shade:)

I have had some problems with my membership set-up. Didn't have trouble before - they're working on it. The picture is in the gallery under homebird.
The canopy is working out really well at any rate. I had to redesign parts of it so it fits better & look less gaudy. I think it makes him more secure, especially when he’s at the window.
