not bad, but they may say thats too close of a resemblance to the actual gold's gym logo, especially since you used the original image and modified it. dont know if they would care, but it is something you might want to think about. i find big companies care about every little thing like that.

yeah, it never seems liek a big deal to us, but for some reason, big companies love to make it a big deal. i hear too many stories of little guys just doing small things for fun little hobbies and getting slammed for having similar names or whatever as if they are trying to steal away business or something. remember, if they do decide to make a big deal out of it, they wont buy that you tried to email them about it if you never actually recieve an OK response back. though they probably wont care. what are the chances someone in charge of their image stumbles onto your site. i cant imagine it to be more than 2 people at a company that deals with that stuff. it is a gym after all hahah.

Yea, they would get a horrible rep if they did sew me. Plus I can always use take a screen shot sending an email containing the date if we ever do get in a law suit, But who cares ! Its a bird gym. =) so jayjay do ou liike it or its corny and bad?

It's a cute spoof, but as far as using it for your business, I am sure it would violate copyright law. I would design your own from scratch and that would guarantee you won't have any big companies chasing you and threatening you with legal action. Better to be safe than sorry..
