I just got my first two budgies today. They are so dang cute! They're trying to figure out what's happened and where they are right now. They love being in my hands, when I try to set them down they don't want to get off. I got them at a pet store where they had about 30 of them in an area where they could be touched so they love to get picked up.

Welcome to the forum wncgator! We're so glad you joined us and we hope you stick around. I remember what it was like to have a new budgie; they are so wide-eyed, looking around wondering where the heck they are. It sounds like they will adapt to their new home nicely and it's great that they are used to being handled since that will certainly help out with you being able to bond with them!
