So we needed more room in the bird room, we had a dresser the bird cages sat on but it was big and bulky and taking up too much room

so we made our own cage stackers

cost about $ 17.00 including nails and screws

It's always nice to have a handy man.:D

lol he's not so handy when it comes to making things though, he see's it in his head, can get it on paper but takes him several trys to get the final project correct Lol

but give the man some concrete and bricks and he can build anything (he's a masonry man by trade)

but he got it done, NOW if he keeps it this way, he's one to like it for a day or 2 then decide it needs something else

he wanted to put another shelf on top so it would be 3 shelves high BUT i had to put my foot down, Told him if ya do that then your taking care of the birds on your own, I'm getting tired of not bieng able to reach things and i refuse to get up and down off a chair to feed, water and change papers on the birds

I'm short he's tall , he does everything for his height LOL

but the final outcome I like :)

Very very nice!! A third shelf would also interfere with your great windows, so I'm glad you put your foot down! LOL:budgie:

hehe that was my 2nd complaint because those windows have a thing you have to pull out to open the window ( like older Trailor windows) and If i can't reach them now as it is how was I supposed to reach over cages to get to it lol
