Healthy fresh food

Budgies are little gourmets who love a wide variety concerning their food. But regrettably, many bird owners don't know what their budgies are allowed to eat. Due to this I created this brief list of fresh food stuff that is edible for any kind of pet bird. You can find more information on this complex topic in the nutrition chapter of Birds Online.

would the brussel spouts be ok? i would have guessed they are high in whatever vitamin is in regular old cabbage??? and that i know your not suposed to feed them. I have no idea, but they are a very close relative of each other in the veggie world, lol

Im not sure there was just that list in the book I think the bok was called "Your First Parakeet" it was a very small book only about 120 pages...

i cant even remember what the vitamin/mineral that is in cabbage that is so high. i will have to find out and then see if the brussels are high in it too
