Continue the story!

Ok, this is any easy game to play. I'll start off with the beginning of the story that I make up, and the next poster continues it. Then the next person, then the next, so on! Try not to make your part of the story too long, no longer than ten sentances.

A blue budgie was sitting in a bird tank in Petco, watching as people walked buy. They looked so happy, buying hamsters and fish, picking out fun looking toys for their pet to play with. He longed for a home, an airy cage full of toys and food. The other birds bustled around and jumped from perch to perch, and he soon joined them. He was joyfully swinging around on a swing-perch when suddenly a hand reached down and grabbed him....

The hand, was hairy one, with long and dirty nails. Frisky, the budgie, looked up at the owner of the hand. This man had soft brown eyes that looked lovingly straight at him! He was placed in a box and jolted about, then a deep rumbling started. It soon stopped, and then he was bumped around some more. He was lifted out of the box and placed in a huge cage with lots of other budgies...

There was a big stump with a lot of twisted, gnarly branches coming out of it. Each branch had many budgies on it. Frisky immediately flew for the safety of the uppermost branch, where he was instantly pecked and herded downwards. After awhile, poor, scared, misplaced, lonely, little Frisky managed to secure himself a place on one of the lowermost branches. Over the next few days Frisky concentrated mainly on eating and working his way, bit by bit, up to slightly higher branchland. Though the other budgies tolerated him, he hadn't bonded with any real close and he was lonely. He noticed that Mr. Hairy hand, The man with the gentle eyes, would often sit in a chair, near the cage, for hours, quietlywatching and talking to the budgies...

"My name is Lou" the hairy man said, looking at Frisky, "And I can read animal's minds."
Frisky's eyes widened, and he tilted his head to the side a bit, scared, yet fascinated by what Lou said.
"Your name is.." Lou said, rubbing his chin and closing his eyes, "Frisky!" He blurted, pointing his index finger upwards. Frisky jumped a little on the perch he was standing on, and the other birds started to gather around...

[Mr. Pretty Bird]

"I'm not going to do anything to you," Lou said, "...but give you a better home." Frisky appeared as if he thought for a second, then popped up onto Lou's finger. "I've got some very nice birds at home that would enjoy your company." Lou said.

but frisky did not believe lou. He would rather go back to the store..he wants to be an only budgie and get all the attention. Only he just made a mistake. He thought that. "Dont worry...i will focus on you and put you in your own cage." lou reassured. Frisky was put into his own cage, he enjoye very much. many months later lou put a very pretty female budgie in there. "now you will surely make some fine babies...very good tempered" He had no clue what was going to happen next.

Now even though the female budgie was very pretty she was bad tempered but as much as Frisky tried to be friends she just wanted to look in the mirror that was in the cage. It was very hard work for Frisky.

Then Frisky found that Mr. Hairy left the cage door open. He jumped out and tryed to fly but he just floated back down to the floor. Mr. Hairy had just cut his wings and he was fustrated. He ran as fast as his pink tiny legs ran and got to the kitchen. It was a huge place and the stove he was standing next to left hot heat blowing on his face.....

Frisky was nervous and frightened. His insticts told him to stay away from the heated stove, so he backed up. Suddenly, he hit Lou's extremley hairy foot and he screamed his mad-budgie scream. Lou grabbed the poor bird, and as Frisky tried to scream even more, Lou held his chest so he couldn't let out one bit of a sound, nor breath....

"Oh Frisky! It's you! How did you get out?" Lou loosened his grip.
He placed him back in his cage, and gave Frisky and his female, a new peice of millet which they tucked in to.

"Why did you do that?" Sunny, his female asked. She had that charming look in her eye.
"I dunno" Frisky replied.
Sunny came over and began to preen him.
"You are a great preener!" Frisky commented.
"Thanks! You're hansome." Sunny gave Frisky a quick kiss.
A few days later, Sunny spent all her time in the strange box and kept on demanding food from Frisky.
One day in particular, Frisky heard 2 extra faint cheeps coming from the box. He went to investigate.
"Meet our first 2 children!" Sunny exclaimed.
Lou was very pleased and gave them a seed bell.
"Thanks for helping Frisky, but we've got more on the way!" Sunny smiled.

Frisky was schocked.
"Wow, I'm really happy Sunny!" Frisky pecked her a kiss and opened her mouth to give her regurtiated seeds.
"Thanks. I feel so full." She said, and again, another egg popped out her vent.
"How special." Frisky was pleased, but then, Sunny started screaming of pain.
"What's wrong!" Frisky screamed back. Sunny fluttered her wings. "I think I'm egg binding!!!"

[Donna]

Poor little Frisky didn't know for sure what egg binding was all about, but he did know from the screams of Sunny, that it couldn't be good. Suddenly Frisky began to wish that he wasn't set aside in his very own cage (with Sunny) because now he needed his other Budgie siblings to help him out at this terribly scary moment in his life. He felt so all alone and just didn't know what to do. :S

All of a sudden Frisky remembered that even though he wasn't near the other Budgies to get help, he could still call out to them, as all distressed Budgies instinctively do, and surely they would hear him from the other room! Quickly he began calling out with all of his might, and . . .

onlly a little cheep awnsered in the distance. "huh?" it said.
frisky called more loudly.
out of the distance, a little baby grey budgie appered.
it cocked its head to the side, confused. friskey quickley explaned, then the little grey budgie called dusty, flew to get her parents.
it had been minutes, and sunny was still egg binding, she was now all puffed up, and she sqwaked in pain...........

A hand picked her up, and walked towards the door.

The baby grey budgies parents got Lou's attention and thank-goodness he came just in time. Lou was taking her to an avian vet, but Frisky had no idea what was happening, and since he was worried about the babies, he started to incubate the eggs. Finally what seemed like a long long tme to Frisky, Sunny his mate came back with Lou who put the egg in the nest box and shooed me out. Sunny was so stressed and asked Frisky to sit on the eggs for tonight while she had a rest from being egg bound.

Frisky said "ok, but do I just , sit on the eggs like you did?"
Sunny: Do what you were doing when I was gone.
Frisky: ok, but are you ok?
Sunny : ya, i am fine now, if it wasnt for you then I really wouldnt have survived this!
Frisky : really?
Sunny: really!

Then Frisky gave Sunny a goodnight kiss and jumped in the nest box, but what Frisky didn't know, was that Sunny was about to escape and go to her other lover named Zeus.

she waited till midnight when frisky was asleep. then she quietly climbed out, and tip toed over the table in to the next room. while she was tip toeing she stood on something soft, "YELP!" there was a yelp of pain as she stood on boos, the dogs tail. he swang around, sunny screamed.........

and she flew flew for her life back to the cage.frisky woke with a start and herd sunny screaming in terror and swooped out of the nest box only to be run into by sunny.The big monsters jaws were almost touching them so sunny and frisky stood outside the nest box screaming in terror.lou woke up and herd a faint sound downstairs of a terrifiend budgie and sprinted downstairs.he saw the big ugly monster and frisky and sunny protecting the eggs and started yelling at the monster and then it attacked lou.lou screamed out in pain and there was blood all over the floor suddenly his wife came down grabbed the monster by the collar and locked him in the room.
"are you ok"she asked
im fine said lou
she bandaged him up and he said the dogs gonna have to be put down if it starts attacking my precious budgies escpecially whrn they have chicks............................................ .........
