I know that Lowes and Walmart had them, but they were bigger than what I need and cost quite a bit for just one! Like $1.89 for only one and I need 6. That's almost $12! There has to be a cheaper source. Thanks!

have you tried hardware stores? or even an Auto part store?

I use the metal key rings that they sell at like autozone normally in a plastic bin on the counter, they have the part u push on to get it to open to put the ring on ur belt loop the small ones normally run about .99 cents

they work great to hang toys and keeping cage doors shut for the little houdin's LOL - if thats what your wanting quick links for anyway

What kind of metal are the ones you get at autozone, atv? That was my concern

I got some stainless ones at home depot, but then I saw greyfeathertoys.com had them for less than a buck a piece. shipping could be a lot, but I got some other things too, so it ended up ok.

stainless steel they sell colored ones too, which the biggest one i'm using now to hold a rope toy on was colored purple

but I had it outside using it to Hang a bird feeder for well over a year , and it's been through snow/ rain, sunshine, and ya really can't tell it once had color and with it bieng made out of stainless steel it looks silver again

I haven't had any issues with them and they come in mulitple sizes

Thanks ATV. I have only checked Lowes and Walmart, but I will check the little hardware stores and the auto parts store...never thought to check there!

Our Kmart is horrible. I'm surprised it hasn't gone out of business yet. Every single time I walk in there to get something, I wish I hadn't because the only thing that happened was that I wasted my time and had to go somewhere else.

lol ours is just as bad, i went a couple weeks ago to get a new cordless phone and 2 memory cards for my kids' camera's

and it took me over an hour to get a employee to come to that area, I couldn't even get the memory cards off the shelf because they had those one's locked , If i wanted more expensive ones i could of just grabbed them and left
