Forum Rearrangement

I have moved a couple of the forums around. They're not big changes, but I'm letting everyone know so no one gets confused while browsing.


Other Birds forum brought out from Chit-Chat forum and is now directly under the Off Topic category.
Budgies Lost and Found has become a subforum of the Budgie Talk forum.
Submit Your Budgie Articles has become a subforum of the Budgie Articles forum.If there are any other changes you think should be made, let me know! I was thinking about breaking up the Budgies category because a lot of the forums in it have their own subforums, and they all could use more presence on the forum home. I'd like feedback on this issue from everyone. If there seems to be a general agreement on this, I'll make the change. If everyone likes it the way it is, I'll leave it.
