:S :S :S confused but i was wondering...........:S :S :S ............ if because i took tiki and mika out with my friend, took them in another room and tiki got all frisky with her... (no mating, but tiki was trying to step on her tail!) tiki is going into breeding condition because his cere has been turning into a deeper blue--like it is turning blue by traveling up the cere-- but mika isnt. should i put the nesting box in the cage ??? in the small room which they were in, mika was loving the attention! thanks for the help....will tiki still mate with another bird after he lost one of his mates cuz she was eggbound?:S :S :S :S :S

He would mate...my budgie also lost his mate due to eggbinding and he wants to breed it looks like Im just waiting......:( Its taking a loooooong time.I would make sure they are 1 year old, and they have fresh greens and calcium to help them breed than I would introduce the next box...go ahead its worth a try.

well i give them seed millet cuttlebone and mineral block everyday....i make sure they have it, and now i am starting to give them hardboiled egg...
