What is the easiest way of cleaning perches, Without Removing them from the cages all the time?
Our perches fit nice and tight and aren't easy to remove or get put back in
but I don't have to worry about them Falling or moving on the birds :D so that's a plus

I use a barbecue brush with stiff bristles. That works fine.
My neighbour has a special round perch cleaning brush. It is much smaller than a barbecue brush. That works great too!

I sometimes use sandpaper. Of course the stuff on the perch needs to be dry but it works really well and cleans all the way around easily..

I use one of those green kitchen scouring pads, its like 3 or 4 inches by 2 inchs (no sponge, just the pad) i like them because they fit nicely around my hand and the perch.

Persoanlly.
I find with Budgies its
easiest to just take a
dry cloth and rub the perches down.
:P lol.

I use a brush as well with a water and vinegar solutions. Makes for very easy clean up.

I use a fingernail brush that I picked up at the dollar store. I find it easiest though if I take the bottom off of my cage and put the entire top in the tub. Then I turn on the shower and let it "soak" a bit *L*
