Hi everyone!

Just thought I'd take a sec to pop in and introduce myself. I've been really impressed with this forum and the topics, so I thought I'd join. I just purchased a baby budgie three weeks ago. His name is Milo, and boy is he a bundle of energy! I've had budgies since I was a kid, but I haven't had one by itself(without a budgie friend) ever. I also have a cockatiel named Moonie. I'm sure I'll be posting a lot more soon, and if I ever figure out how to put pics on my computer, I'll be sending them everyone's way!:)

Welcome Laci. Milo sounds like sweetness, indeed. I like the name of your 'tiel. I have a cockatiel also. Well, actually it's technically my sons' bird. He said a word the other day, and totally stunned us, because, although we tried to teach him to say his name, we gave up on that months ago. He said the name of one of our other birds. He said it real quiet, and so hoarse and scratchy, that we almost weren't sure at first, but, sure enough!:) well, anyway, welcome!!:D
