Dilute is recessive. Opaline is sex linked.
You would get blue, yellow faced birds. The females will be opaline with some of the cocks being split for opaline. All the birds will be split for dilute.

normal green female to the same cobalt normal cock?

Green is dom.
You will get green birds that are split blue. If you get any blue chicks you know your green is split for blue.
