evry one who breeds i wanna know how long does it take after two budgies are put together for them to mate details to please on signs of getting ready:D

it can take up to a year....it usually takes i think about month or two to get like use to each other and stuff....i dont breed but im thinking of starting to breed budgies sometime. I researched it alot thats why i know.

Probably just until they get used to each other...
Welll you are all right the pair has to bond,but also come into breeding condition:)

my male and female have bonded and the male trys to put his footon her but it's like he get nervous and then he comes off anyone knows why please reply
Well you have to condition them to breed,feed them egg food and greens,13 hours of natural light,calcium added to thier diet along with vitamins and minerals...etc
The female might not be ready the male is trying to mate with her and is trying to get on her back,but if your female does not signal she is ready and wants to breed by putting her tail up than the male will not get completely on
