Ok i've been seeing a lot of people asking about Lutinos, and Dark eyed cleared budgies, So i went and did some saving of pictures hope this helps explain who is who and what the difference is :D ..
I'll Start with the Albino & Lutino's
Lutino/albino effectively erases all color and markings of a budgie, leaving only the base color (yellow or white). Lutino and albino are the same variety; they are just different names for the same variety in yellow-based budgies and white-based budgies. Lutinos are yellow based budgies, and are all yellow with red/pink eyes. Albinos are white-based budgies and are all white with red/pink eyes. There are two mutations which show up on the lutino/albino. Cinnamon (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_ino.html#cinnamon) causes the head and wing markings to show up in a light brown color, creating the lacewing (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_ino.html#lacewing) variety. Yellowface (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_ino.html#yellowface) causes the albino, normally all white, to show different degrees of pale yellow. These budgies are sometimes called creamino. If it is a yellowface type I the yellow will be restricted to the mask (http://www.budgieplace.com/def_mask.html) area. If it is a yellowface type II, all the albino's feathers will be a creamy off-yellow color. The cere (http://www.budgieplace.com/def_cere.html) of the male lutino/albino budgie does not change normally. Adult male lutinos/albinos have purple ceres. Adult female lutinos/albinos have the normal white/tan/brown ceres.
Some pics of them.....
This is a LUTINO

The Lutino is PURE yellow with Red ( pink) eyes, if the eyes are NOT red(pink) it isn't a lutino it is considered a Dark Eyed Clear Budgie * Which I'll explain in a minute *
Albino

Very Much like a Lutino EXCEPT they're PURE WHITE, instead of PURE Yellow, They still have the Red (Pink) eyes - again if it doesn't then its considered a Dark Eyed Clear
Dark Eyed Clear
The dark-eyed clear is actually a combination of recessive pied (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_dec.html#recessivepied) and clearflight pied (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_dec.html#clearflight). When these two mutations are both present, the budgie is has no markings or color. It is either pure yellow (if it is a yellow-based budgie) or pure white (if it is a white-based budgie). The dark-eyed clear's dark eyes never lighten with age, hence the name.
You can tell a budgie is a dark-eyed clear because its eyes stay a dark plum color throughout its life. Comparatively, lutinos/albinos (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_dec.html#ino) have red eyes and double-factor spangles (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_dec.html#spangle) have irises that lighten with maturity. Also, the cere (http://www.budgieplace.com/def_cere.html) of the male dark-eyed clear does not change normally. Adult male dark-eyed clears have purple ceres. Adult female dark-eyed clears have the normal white/tan/brown ceres.
Yellow Dark Eyed Clear

The bodies Look LUTINO, but notice the eyes are Plum * not RED(Pink) ( or a normal budgies eye color) and they'll stay that way their entire Life.
White Dark Eyed Clear

Same as the Yellow Dark Eyed Clear the eyes Will NEVER lighten with age they will stay PLUM..They are NOT RED(PINK) like an Albino or a Lutino only difference is the budgie is pure White
Yellow Face Albino/Lutino (AKA Creamino)
Yellowface (http://www.budgieplace.com/c_ino.html#yellowface) causes the albino, normally all white, to show different degrees of pale yellow. These budgies are sometimes called creamino. If it is a yellowface type I the yellow will be restricted to the mask (http://www.budgieplace.com/def_mask.html) area. If it is a yellowface type II, all the albino's feathers will be a creamy off-yellow color
Yellowface shows up with varying shades of yellow (depending on the yellowface genetics of the budgie) in the ino variety. These are sometimes called creamino.

** Alot of time the PLUM eyes may look Red(pink) but if you look at the Picture of the Lutino you can clearly see the difference between RED eyes and PLUM eyes * *
