What colour eyes does she have? Some clearer photos in natural light (no/little flash) would be easier to tell. :)

Cere looks male... but the pics are really blurry. I think I see green near the rump and belly, if so, he's not lutino. Waiting on better pics :)

i thought bella was a female bea might know but i havnt seen bea around.

when i had bella and heidi out a while ago i looked at bellas cere and it has a white line around the pink so im pretty sure its a she but i will wait for more oppinions.

Pictures are still pretty blurry but to me it looks like the typical bruised look of a young male but it is very hard to tell.

I suspect the mutation is a Double Factor Spangle which is a pairing of Spangle to Spangle. In the yellow birds you sometimes get a flushing of green in the belly area and in a white blue in the belly area. They have a normal black eye.
