Hi! New owner!

Hey there, everyone--I went to a local exotic bird fair with my mother and aunt on Sunday. We'd only planned on getting a toy for our cockatiel, but... surprise, I walked out with two hand-tamed baby budgies from a local breeder, plus a new big cage, toy, and so on. Dang! I love my new budgies, though, and have named them Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy. They've bonded very nicely, and are so sweet. Mr. Darcy is already the dominant personality of the pair though--he's getting a little nippy, but I think extra time spent with him will help that. Anyway, I wanted to see if there were any communities for budgie owners, and this looks like a great place!

Aww, Welcome :) Were glad to have you join us. I must also comment that you named your budgies after my favorite movei ;) Your AWESOME!! lol. Mr. Darcy is sooo hot :) And Keira is probably my favorite actress. She's so pretty :) Anyways yes, welcome :) lol
