Progress?

Usually the only time i can get Mavish outside of the cage whith her consent is when she hears the birds outside and gets supper exited and jumps on my finger then out the cage and totally ignores me lol.

Although today every time i tried taking her out of the cage she came on my finger very easily and didn't jump back off! I tried about 5 times throughout, and for most of them it wasn't the birds outside! I was trying to go to school to do my exams and she wouldn't go inside the cage.

Another thing is that she is not attached to her cage as much as before. It's only after a long time outside of her cage that she will be happy to return.

It definitely sounds like your making progress congratulations!! Just keep it up and keep Mavish out as much as possible, but when she wants to go back inside i would let her, that way she knows if she comes out she will be able to go back in when she wants which may make her want to come out more with that security.
