How big a cage should I have if I have two budgies?

as big as you can get, who knows maybe you'll get even more sometime

At the VERY MINIMUM, each budgie should have the equivalent of about 18 x 12 x 12 inches worth of space. Obviously bigger is better as they would have a lot more room to move to get their exercise. ;)

I would honestly go the biggest you can afford without it being overkill. The last thing you want to do is get a cage that is too small. The more room your budgies have the happier they will be.
