Is this cage too small?

Can i put two budgies in this cage? Right now i have 1 but i was wondering if 2 can live in it? They will be outside of the cage a lot. Thanks

Dimensions are: 19'' 1/2 high, 17'' long and 15'' wide

It is too small isnt it?

I agree with Bluebird, It's just about fine.

I would probably only keep one budgie in a cage that size, unless they will be getting several hours out of their cages. By the time you add in toys, food cups and perches, there really wouldn't be enough space for two little guys. :rolleyes:
