i feel so horrible, like if i would've gotten her there sooner, or if the first vet wasn't a liar and said he could do birds.

I don't know your situation but you did all you could do. You took to the vet and you loved her and that is the best that you can do. I am sorry for your loss. I hope you feel better soon.

I hate money hungry lying vets. I'm sorry you had this experience. But you shouldn't feel bad, you did the best you could. Little Tina will know this. May she RIP.
