Help! :[

I just got 2 all white budgies like 3 days ago. Whenever me and my sister try to play with them they keep trying to findthier way back in thier cage. When they get in thier cage they're all quiet all the time and they both dont even interact with each other. They dont seem to like us. Do you guys have any suggestions? Me and my sister want them to like us cus we really like them alot :(

it's alright buddy, they're still new to their environments. Give them time to get attached to this new place and within a couple of days they will be so playful that you'd want them to shut up sometimes. You're not doing anything wrong, this new environment is like a new world to them. Keep feeding them, play with them, and give them a lot of attention. And make sure to give them lots of budgie seeds and a strand of millet a week, also you'll need to clean out their water cup everyday because they can leave a few surprises(poop) in there.
Also, you'll find it a lot easier for them to get to know you and their surroundings if you clip their wings. You can do that by cutting the bottom 4 or 5 longest primary feathers at the end with a scissor. It does not hurt them, it's just like clipping your nails. This will make them more dependable on you to take them from place to place.

Sometimes it takes time for a budgie to crack... like an egg... Your birds will eventually get used to your home. Just be patient. They are still adjusting. :)
