Today Green died, as you all know she was not well. I knew she was'nt gonna get any better and i expected her to pass away soon. Today i went out for a while, and when i arrived back home i noticed that Green had stopped breathing. Recently i have been checking her constantly making sure that she was breathing but today i knew she was dead. I know i was expecting it, but when it happened i burst out crying, Im still crying now as i type this.
Green was a very special budgie who i was very close too.
I wanted to post this in memory of her and i hope that she enjoyed her stay with me. I love her so much.

That's so sad. I know Green was happy that you were by her side during her last days here, and I'm sure she would thank you for that. At least now she isn't in the pain she's been in. :(

Dear Kelly, I am so sorry that Green had a difficult time prior to her passing. It is not easy to see your budgie having difficulties, and even when it comes to an end, there is a big, hollow emptiness that one feels in their absence. It is amazing how attached we get to our little feathered friends as they play such a huge part of our lives. We all know that Green was well-loved and I hope that you can one day soon, you can look back on your time with her and think fondly of her, remembering her good times rather than focussing on her end. My thoughts are with you sweety.
