I'm a bit late starting a journal but just had some free time and found this area...
I'm still at 3/6 of the eggs having hatched, if following the pattern they were laid (every two days on the dot) and hatching exactly eighteen days afterwards (as the first three did) the fourth should have hatched yesterday. I'm kinda surprised three hatched so well either way as they don't have a nesting box and my girl is very young (I've had her for seven months so she is probably under a year old). Still have hope out for the other eggs we shall see :)
My oldest baby who is probably going to be named Squeaker has little white and black dots all over his bum today where his feathers are starting to come in! My boyfriend told me he looked like he had dipped his bum in salt and pepper shakers:p He is seven days old now!! My middle guy is tentivly named Toodles (for being number two.. we may rename him when he starts showing some personality but we didn't want to just keep calling him middle guy) and is five days. And my youngest is named Pillow (because Squeaker keeps sleeping on top of him) he's three days old. I call them all he for now until they get old enough to tell!
Nibbles is still being a great dad, he feeds her all the time and every time a baby wakes up he is down next to them in seconds either helping her feed them or preening her head feathers as she feeds them :clap:
Here is my most recent picture of them cropped down to take out the extra blank space around them.. that's taken on Friday I wasn't able to get any nice pictures yesterday and Zippy hasn't left them alone yet today.
