New here with 29 day old budgie

HI everyone, I'm glad I found this forum, it'll be nice to talk budgies with other budgie owners. I have my first budgie who is now 29 days old, I got him when he was 8 days old and have been handfeeding him. We still haven't found a name for him but I'm sure something will stick sooner or later. Little baby is really sweet and we love him dearly. Here is a current pic of him(he was 24days old in this pic and napping) and the link to his other pics.

Oh yeah, and before I forget, welcome to the site! We are so happy to have you here. What is it like to hand feed the little sweetie? It must be a lot of work since I have read that feedings need to take place on a regular schedule and frequently throughout the day and night.
