Budgie Memorabilia

Our budgies were at the height of popularity in the 50's. So a lot of things were put out with budgies on it such as playing cards, flower pots, vases, and even a set of dishes. Now I'm not a collector of anything myself but I do have three porcelain budgies figurines. So are there any budgie memorabilia collectors in our group?

Hmmm. I don't collect any memorabilia. I didn't realize there was so much stuff with budgies on it. That's really cool. The figurines you have sound really interesting. Any pics you can share? :p

My Avatar is one of them, I bought that one on ebay. The first one I got from a "junk shop". There are buttons, postcards you could really get carried away. Just go to ebay and type in the word "budgies" and you will see what I mean. Some things are just a couple of dollars, others just way out of my price range.

I would put the pictures of the other two I have....but I don't know how!! LOL

I bought it because it look just like my very first budgie "Peter". It does look real!

It certainly does! I have 3 budgie t-shirts and 1 budgie picture holder.
