Male or Female?

I'm new to budgie owning, and new to the forum, too.
I haven't figured out if my new budgie is male or female yet, can anyone help?
Also, what would his/her coloring be called?

Well she's a she. :D As to her colour, do you have a photo of her from the front?

Well i'm pretty sure she's a recessive pied but i think she might also have the clearwing gene because although she's sky blue it's very pale meaning she must have some sort of dilute gene and with no wing markings i asume that'd be clearwing. :)

So skyblue clearwing recessive pied is what i think.
