I'm pretty sure it's a combination of lutino and albino. Even if it isn't you need both parents to have an ino gene.

is there such a thing? because isn't an albino the absence of colour...?

or could that be what is called a 'creamino'?

When Mellow was first born I thought she was an albino because she had the red eyes. But I soon learn, Most Lutinos have red eyes. An Albino keet will be just white with the red eyes. No color at all.

A creamino or yellowface Albino is the cross between a type I Yellow Face Blue and a Lutino.

Does it matter what the parent is should teh male be a yellowface type 1 and the mother be a lutino or teh other way around

The Lutino is a sex linked gene it would be best to be female. The Yellowface Skyblue to be male but split to Lutino.
