My little girl passed on last night. I went to say goodnight to them and found her peacefully at the bottom of her cage. Although we were only graced with her presence for a short month, she surely did capture everyones heart. I know you came into our lives for a purpose, and I enjoyed every second of it. I'm going to miss your adorable little cricket chirps and how excited we were when you learned to step up like a big girl. I know the boys will greatly miss you, without you there, your trio is incomplete. Fly free my little angel, I love you and we will meet again someday.

I have no idea how she passed. The pictures in this thread are of when she first came home, my camera hasn't been working properly lately. She was acting completely normal. She was fine when I checked on them only an hour before. When I went in to say goodnight I found her at the bottom of her cage. Who knows what happened to her outside before she got into my care. All I can say is she had a fabulous life with us, much more than she could have wished for outdoors.

I am so sorry you lost her.

If she had contact with your other birds, you may want to consider getting them checked out by a vet. Did you find her outside?

as palmino posted, keep an eye on your others or have a vet visit. You said you only had her a short month, so not enough for a long quaratine of 45 days. fingers crossed your others say nice & healthy. big hugs none the less :(

Thank you all so much for your kind words. I have been keeping a very close eye on the boys and will probably bring them in for a checkup this week just in case. The boys finally stopped contact calling for her today, it just broke my heart hearing them searching for her.
