hi missy had blood near her cage

i was just curious about something as i seen blood near my birds cage and i wasnt sure how it happened
im not sure if it was from my bird missy but its neva happened before bye

The best thing you can do at this point is to just keep an eye on your sweetie to see if there is more blood. How much blood are you talking about? It's possible it was from a blood feather that was broken. Did she have a night fright or other episode of frantic thrashing? Do her nares (nostrils) look clean? No blood in her droppings? Any evidence of blood on her feathers? Are you able to pick her up to take a closer look at her wings?

no there was no blood in her poo and only a drop of blood and i will keep u up :budgie: todate on her now
