That's actually the first recipe i ever tried! :) My guys love it too!

It looks like an easy recipe. I would think you could put the whole thing into one of those mini food processors and skip the nuking of the egg shell.

I wonder if you could substitute with some other type of oil like sesame or corn oil that I might have on hand? Anyone know?

I don't know Nancy about the oil but I would try it ,maybe the sesame .
