Kiko&Kina

I have two birds; Kiko and Kina. At first, Kiko was a biting machine! But all you have to do to get them to stop biting/bond more, is to simply spend more time with them! After Kiko stopped biting, we got Kina. She never bites and is a little more finicky. It is really hard to get her out of the cage. She allways wants to be with Kikoand flutters over to her. Any Advice?

being on this forum i have learned that ave two budgies is hard. because they always want to fly to eachother instead of you. or chirp together and bond together instead of you. Are they in seperate cages. maybe you should seperate them and put them in different rooms. till you get the untamed one calmed down and used to things... hope my advice is worthy.

Rather than separating them you should put aside about 20mins a day for one on one time with each of them. :) Take them one at a time into a small bird safe room and work on taming....eventually by doing this both birds will at the very least tolerate you but hopefully they'll bond with you as well.
