Lost feathers! Please help!!

My budgie, Phinny, had his wings clipped when I bought him. He was about 6 weeks old at the time. He has been molting for awhile now, and a few weeks ago single flight feathers appeared on each wing. However, the other day I noticed that he was missing one of them. I was concerned, but not really sure what happened to the feather. Then, tonight, he tried to fly and the flight feather on the other side popped out! I'm really worried about him! Why would he be losing his new feathers?? Shouldn't he be growing his flight feathers in? The feather that came out tonight had blood on the tip, too. He was just at the vet on Wednesday, and the vet seemed to think he was in good health. Can anybody help me? I'm really worried about my little guy.

He sounds fine, a couple of weeks ago Agent (my budgie) his tail feathers fell out again, they grow back about an inch long and they come out again,

he may have pulled them out while preening as he may not be used to them being there.
I don't think anythings is wrong, and blood can appear on tips of feathers from time to time.

Don't worry about it for now and see how things go

That can happen when they're trying to teach themselves to fly again. Try to stop him flying until he has a few flights on each side.
